What happens when you call
You’ll reach a real person at the shop, not a call center. Tell us what’s wrong with your device and we’ll give you a free quote and an honest time estimate on the spot. Most popular repairs take around 30 minutes, and most repairs are done in under two hours, so we can usually tell you whether to walk in now or plan a visit.
If you’d rather start online, our quote assistant walks you through a few quick questions and hands the details to us by text or email. Then we reply with your free quote. Either way, you approve the price before any work begins. No surprises, no pressure.
Good times to reach us: weekday mornings tend to be quietest. We’re open Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 12 PM, closed Sundays. Walk-ins are welcome anytime we’re open.
